We are proud to offer a comprehensive web solution that includes everything needed to put your company's or organisation's presence on the web. We do not, however, offer these services on an individual basis. Once we have assessed your web needs we will put together a proposal that covers all your needs and provide provide a cost analysis based on the services you require. Connectivity

We can consult on the ideal internet connectivity solution for your company or organisation. We reccommend a broadband internet connection for the majority of our clients. Broadband can be obtained through a wireless connection, such as IBurst or 3G, or through a fixed line connection, such as ADSL. We offer various ADSL service provider packages tailored to your needs. Remember that an ADSL line from Telkom is a prerequisite to having and ADSL connection (this is charged for by Telkom, and is separate from the ADSL service provision fee).

Domain Name Registration

Your domain name is like the address for your website on the world wide web. We offer registration of .co.za, .org.za and .com domain names. We also assist with the registration of .ac.za domian names for academic institutions. If you already have a domain name, we can take it over and offer your new website under the same domain name.

Hosting

Your website needs a space on the world wide web - this is where hosting comes in. We take care of all aspects of hosting for you. Your website will be hosted on secure servers at our partner, Imaginet.

Email

We offer you as many mailboxes as you require at your domain name. For example, you can have info@yourdomain.co.za, accounts@yourdomain.co.za, etc. We will support you to set up these email addresses using your chosen email software (Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc.) You will also have wemail access to all mailboxes so that you can access your email anytime, anywhere in the world using an internet browser.

Design

We are very proud of our design philosophy. We believe that simple is better, and offer websites that are uncluttered, with clean lines and pleasing symmetrical elements. Our designs fit in seamlessly with your corporate image, and can be tailored to your specific needs. We offer cross-browser design support and use the latest standards in web design - CSS. The design process for your website begins with a detailed questionairre covering your company, web needs, web design likes and web design dislikes. We then produce a design proposal and offer an online template for you to view. Once you are happy with the design, we begin work on putting the site together. We also offer specialised photography services if required.

Programming

We originated from a programming background and specialise in content management systems and database driven websites. Based on your web design needs analysis, we can offer you a tailored content management system where you have complete control over all content on your website. You will be able to upload and change your prices, products, photographs or any element of your content through a simple interface without having to rely on your third party web designer. This system cuts out delay and error. We can also offer a secure system for online shops with credit card authorisations.

It is important to keep in contact with the users of your website. This is achieved with email and sms, notifiying them of updates, developing mailing lists and designing custom contact applications.
